Privacy Policy
GJU Software LLC ("GJU Software", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at gjusoftware.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Scope
This policy covers the website at gjusoftware.com only.
Our mobile applications, including Crosscheck and Legal Rest, are not covered by this policy. Each application has its own privacy policy, available on its App Store or Google Play listing and within the app itself.
Our website and applications are offered only in the United States.
2. Information we collect
Page counts. We count how many times each page on this site is viewed. This counting happens on our own server, not in your browser. It does not use cookies, does not load any script or tracker into your browser, does not involve any third-party analytics service, and the counts are not linked to you or to any other visitor. We use them only to see which pages are being read.
Delivery and security processing. Separately from the page counts, the company that hosts and delivers our website, Cloudflare, processes the technical details of each request, such as the IP address it came from, the browser type, and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not receive or keep a log of individual requests. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Messages you send us. If you use the contact form on our site, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you.
We do not use cookies on this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How we use information
- To keep the website running and secure.
- To see which pages are being read.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that host our website and deliver our email, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GJU Software LLC or others.
5. How long we keep information
- Page counts: kept indefinitely. They contain no personal information.
- Request details processed by Cloudflare: we keep none. Cloudflare retains them for the limited period described in its privacy policy.
- Contact form messages: kept in our support mailbox for up to 2 years after our last reply, so we can follow up if you write again, then deleted.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under law, and we will honor them as applicable.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
